1. Cancellation Policy
• Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel services at any time prior to the commencement of the work. To cancel, please submit a written request to our support team at support@pnxcloud.com.
• Notice Period: A notice of at least 14 days is required for cancellations to avoid incurring charges. If cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled start date, full charges may apply.
• Project-Based Services: For project-based services, if a client cancels after the project has started, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the service to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
o Services have not yet commenced after payment has been made.
o An error was made by PNX Cloud Technologies in billing.
• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable, including:
o Custom development work that has already been initiated.
o Subscription fees for ongoing services that have already been provided.

3. Refund Process
• Refund Request: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our support team at support@pnxcloud.com. Include your order number and details of the request.
• Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Communication: PNX Cloud Technologies will communicate the outcome of the refund request via email.

4. Changes to Policy
PNX Cloud Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
